Around here, this is the job
Humidity and sandy traffic mark up walls fast. We prep, prime stains, and use coatings that wipe down. Rental turnovers and ‘we just bought it’ refreshes are a big part of this work.
How we do it
- 01
Walk and list, not a vague ‘paint the house’
Rooms, ceilings, trim, what colors, what stays. You get a room list so the quote matches the house.
- 02
Prep is visible in the finish
Fill, caulk, sand, prime. Skipping that is how you get a two-week paint job that looks tired in a month.
- 03
Protect floors and furniture
We cover what stays. We are in your living room. It should still feel like your living room at the end of the day.
- 04
Punch and walk
Touch-ups in daylight, not a wave from the driveway.
What this usually includes
- Interior painting
- Trim, baseboards, and door casings
- Accent walls and ceiling work
- Rental and resale refreshes
- Small carpentry tied to the paint job
Questions we get
Can you paint if we are still living here?
Yes. We work room by room, keep a path, and set realistic dry times so you are not sleeping in fumes.
Do you pick colors?
We can help you narrow it. We are not an interior design studio. If you already have a swatch on the wall, we are happy.
