Terms

This website describes services offered by Beachy Renovations, a Virginia Class C licensed contractor. Booking a walkthrough or sending photos is a request for a conversation, not a contract. Work begins only after we agree on a written scope.

Service pages about kitchens and whole-home work are consultations unless we agree otherwise in writing. We do not claim to perform licensed electrical or plumbing as standalone trades on this site.

SMS program

By checking the SMS consent box, calling or texting (757) 731-7722, or messaging Ivy, you agree to receive automated and person-to-person texts from Beachy Renovations at the number you provide. Program: renovation estimates, walkthrough scheduling, reminders, and project updates. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Text STOP to cancel. Text HELP for help, or contact hello@beachyrenovations.com / (757) 731-7722. After STOP we will send one confirmation and then no more texts unless you opt in again (text START or check the box on a new form). Consent is not a condition of purchase.
